Getting Started

  • For small group classes, complete the Small Group Yoga Questionnaire and bring it with you to your first class.

  • Please reserve your space in advance by contacting Kelly at 704.201.2203 or kelly@yogaladyonline.com

  • Try not to eat for at least 90 minutes before class.

  • You will need a yoga mat.  If you do not have one, mats are available to rent for $1 or for purchase for $18 (1/4” extra thick mats).

  • You don’t need blocks, but if you have them, bring them.  They are also available for purchase for $12 or two for $20.  When you know what to do with them, they are wonderful.

  • Dress comfortably. Your body temperature will fluctuate in class.  Layers are recommended.  

  • Yoga is practiced in bare feet.   Bring socks if your feet tend to get cold.

 Yoga Class Etiquette

Please do not be late for class. No cell phones, perfumes, shoes, or drinks (except bottled water) in the studio space. Thank you!
