CHILDREN’S YOGA

Real yoga for real kids.  Yoga, especially when taught to children, is approached with a fun and tender heart.  In addition to being fun, children will also receive the benefits of a yoga practice:

· Improved ability to focus, listen, center, and relax

· Elevated self-confidence, which encourages freedom to be an individual

· Increased strength and flexibility and improved posture, balance, and circulation

 

At the studio, Children’s Yoga classes are appropriate for ages seven and up.  Parent attends for free with two or more children.  Children's Yoga classes form several times each year and are 45 minutes.  If you are interested, please contact Kelly.

PRENATAL YOGA

Learn techniques to help prepare your body for childbirth focusing on the hips, sacrum, lower back and pelvic floor muscles.  Although private sessions are recommended, Prenatal Yoga classes form several times each year.  Mothers-to-be with prior yoga experience (in our studio) are also welcome to attend the Gentle Yoga classes.  Classes are 60 minutes.  If you are interested, please contact Kelly.
