Yoga I
A blend of basic standing, reclining, twisting, and back-bending poses.  Excellent for those in relatively good physical condition with prior yoga experience.  Yoga I classes are 60 minutes.  Classes are offered Mondays at 6:30 p.m., Wednesdays at 9:30 a.m., Thursdays at 6:30 p.m., and Fridays at 9:30 a.m.  Combination classes are offered on Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. (Gentle Yoga/Yoga I) and Saturdays at 9:30 a.m. (Yoga I/II).

Yoga I/II
This is the most dynamic of all yoga classes offered. We explore a deeper and more challenging practice, including more advanced yoga postures.  Prior yoga experience is required and attendance to a Yoga I class is recommended.  Yoga I/II classes are 60 minutes.  Classes are offered Saturdays at 9:30 a.m.

Meditation
Discover and practice techniques to anchor your mind and observe your thoughts and thought processes without interruption.  Meditation classes are about 30 minutes.  Classes are offered Tuesdays at 10:35 a.m.

Tai Chi
Developed in ancient China, Tai Chi was developed as a martial art and means of self defense.  In our present day practice, we also appreciate the health benefits of balanced well-being. Tai Chi can be practiced by people of all ages and levels of fitness.  Tai Chi classes are 60 minutes and taught by Abe Rummage.  Classes will resume in Spring 2010.  Please contact Kelly for more information.
