Nestled back 300 feet from the road in a residential neighborhood, and among 360 degrees of hardwoods, rests the studio. 

The warm colors, happy plants, and saltwater aquarium in our yoga space, create a calming, but rejuvenating environment for yoga practice.

The studio is located at 4933 Arden Gate Drive in Iron Station, North Carolina, about 10 minutes from the following intersections:  Highways 16 at 73 (Denver); Forney Hill/Campground Road at Highway 16 (Denver); Highways 16 at 150  (Maiden); Old Plank Road at Highway 16 (Stanley); Highway 27 at Orchard Road (Iron Station).
